I watched a great snippet of the Joe Rogan podcast with a trainer for MMA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vR0m0Vt3JF4
It got my inspired and interested to try a new consistency based routine that does not train until fatigue but instead trains everyday, every muscle group, packing on more volume and more reps over the course of the week's training.
The benefits are decreased overall training time(considering no need for rest periods because of rotation muscle groups).
In terms of volume, over a year this would produce hundreds more hours of training.
The difference being that the routine is tailored to hit the sweet spot of being able to train every day without significant pain, fatigue, soreness and stress.
Since the training is lighter, but daily, one could train the whole body each day since each muscle group is not fatigued and the person could switching instantly to another body-part after completing a set, saving time while the other body-part rests.
Just to be a little more specific, the routine is training everyday just to the point where if you train any more you wouldn't be able to complete the next day's routine. This is also adjusted as one gets stronger, so that this is always the case.
My question is, what would the results of this type of training be in terms of size? Remember, they are getting more volume per week than training to fatigue 3x per week, but there is less stress on the body.
I've been reading a lot already but I haven't found any studies which measure a daily higher volume, less intense workout specifically for muscle size/hypertrophy and then compared it with a 2x-3x a week intense until fatigue workout.

Hey all,
As I was doing some research for supplements on T-Nation I saw their own brand of supplements called Biotest.
In general they promote them as being very hardcore.
I checked one called Alpha Male it's like a testosterone booster that promotes lean muscle and fat loss. Furthermore, a study comparing Forskolin with Anavar showed that the first is much more potent than the later. Forskolin is a component in the Alpha Male supplement.
Is this even legal? since Anavar is considered an anabolic steroid. Furthermore has anybody had any experience with Biotest Supps at all? I know that Bradley Cooper was taking them during the filming of American Sniper and well you saw the results (along with hardcore training of course).
Tell me your thoughts. Cheers!

My gym is selling these huge tubs of it for like $40 but I can't find any reviews or anything on it. Has anybody used it? If so is it any good?
Here's a link to their website for it if anybody wants to see it. https://www.thepureline.com/product/meso-factor-500/
If it's junk, what do you guys use? I'm just getting back into the swing of things and want to do it right. I'm not really into pre-workout or any other sups just protein.

Ten years ago, a plant-based bodybuilder would be considered an oxymoron by many. For decades now, we have learned that to build big muscles you need to eat meat and lots of it, right? Well, times are changing and people are realizing that, for a plethora of reasons, they want to eat fewer animal-based foods.
