So right now I have a weekly routine that looks like this: Monday: Chest/Shoulders Tuesday: Legs/Abs Wednesday: Back/Forearms Thursday: Chest/Shoulders Friday: legs/abs Saturday: back/firearms Sunday: rest
I'm trying to get lean and toned but I'm wondering if this is the best method? Sometimes I get 5 min HIIT after my weights and I do circuit training for 10 minutes each day. Is this enough? Or should I try Full body workouts every other day and have cardio in between? My body type is Endomorph...if that helps anything?
