I've always had a decent bicep peak. From the front it looks like I may actually lift. But when I look at my bicep straight on, my arm just looks Auschwitz mode.
I've read that working the other muscles in the upper arm are supposed to help that (namely the brachialis) but I've not been able to actually see any sort of success stories with this. It's all just people complaining about skinny arms and others telling them that's what they need to do.
Has anybody had any luck training this muscle for thicker arms?
