I still lose bodyfat/weight even when I stopped ''dieting'' The hell 's going on! (500gr carbs, 250gr protein, 50gr fat ratio)

Started cutting fat first of May. About 16-18% bodyfat. Got from 4700-5000 calories p/day all the way down to 2100-1900 calories at my lowest (last 3 weeks of August)

Bumped my calories slightly back to maintenence 2 wks ago, but I kept losing weight/fat. The last 5-7 days I have been eating 3400-3500 cals per day with a lot of carbs but the scale sky rocket DOWN (lost about 2-3 pounds the last week even though I eat 200-300 calories OVER maintenance).

Everybody noticed the same things after months of cutting/deficit of calories? Feels like my body is a SPONGE and sucks up every sginle calorie/carb/nutrient it gets!
