So as far as I understand when you cut you lose weight and by lifting you tell your body that it needs to maintain muscle mass and burn fat instead. So hypothetically lets say Chul Soon wanted to lose some size from his obliques. Could he just cut hard and make sure he uses his obliques as little as possible in hope that they shed down a little? Would this work? Is this a retarded question? The more I type the more I feel it is.
