How does someone who doesn't have access to a gym or regular equipment build the best bodybuilding routine they can? I understand that weights and modern equipment give a significant advantage. But I want to develop a routine that doesn't require it.
I'm not just asking about getting in shape. I'm asking about doing bodybuilding with muscle hypertrophy.
He's probably one the most aesthetic Bodybuilder out there and he just went ghost for months.
If you workout but don’t eat at a caloric surplus, will your posture and appearance improve at all?
Because people say you can’t build muscle...
But that doesn’t make sense, cause I’m pretty sure if you lift or run 3 times per week you’re gonna get some definition and firmness?

I'm in the South Jersey area near Philly. Any bodybuilders in my area?

I'm sure we've all seen those 'before and after' pictures of huge bodybuilders who had to stop working out (maybe because of injury or personal choice) and went from being massive to looking sort of "flabby", like their skin is stretched. This is often notable in steroid users who compete and completely stop lifting, perhaps because of an injury. Their skin doesn't look the same as a regular fat person, or a regular person who has never lifted. Is this look just from excess fat, or is the skin actually stretched?
I have many questions about this. In either case, would their skin ever return to normal? By normal, I mean their overall muscle tone and skin would look like someone who has never lifted / gotten fat? Assuming they also lower their calories and eat like a normal person as well?
Also I'm not referring to the average lifter. I'm talking about swole individuals, either those on steroids or those with freak genetics. What happens with their skin if they lose their muscle and return to normal levels of bodyfat/muscle?
When Hoda Hajirnia isn't closing big deals on Bravo’s latest reality hit, Real Estate Wars, she relies on fitness to fuel the rest of her ever-busy schedule. With a family background in real estate, she switched careers a few years back and quickly began securing multimillion-dollar deals.
So it's hard to imagine Hajirnia was once consumed by multiple eating disorders, a sub-100-pound dead woman walking, right?
“I would basically restrict from eating throughout the day and then do all this cardio and then binge and then regret it and then purge,” the 31-year-old recalls. “It was the craziest vicious cycle ever.”
She's since reclaimed her life, and continues to progress with conscientious meal prep, protein shakes, and 6 a.m. training sessions (before her clients wake up), plus lighter-impact routines later in the day. Now, she inspires others to make healthy changes in their own lives through her presence in both traditional and social media.
“With this platform, I’d love to help as many people as I can,” says Hajirnia. “I want to discuss how I got into fitness and how others can overcome their disorder and work toward the body they’ve always wanted.”
For a taste of Hajirnia's hardcore workout regimen, check out her full-body workout below.

6'2 weigh about 84KG. Play a lot of sports. I'd appreciate body fat estimate. Well hydrated and I've already eaten here.
Please be serious when answering, would greatly appreciate.

Hey Guys, I won't be able to do any exercise that requires hands for about 5 weeks, and I'm looking to at least stay active. Legs are easy with all the machines, but I am struggling to find good ideas for upper body, especially back.
Here's what I have so far:
Any ideas? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, so I got back into working out and I'm going to be working towards putting on some mass. I noticed a lot of bodybuilders, or even people that work out, shave their bodies. I'm wondering if I should do the same as well? If so should I shave everything, as in my arms, back, chest, and legs or just certain parts? I'm a male btw
Hey guys, looking for some advice here on how to gain muscle without the use of protein shakes. I have this primal fear of gaining fat (lost 110 lbs in two years) and now am very lean but would like to add muscle weight but feel my fear of gaining far is holding me back as I’m so picky what And how much I eat.
Any advice or ideas guys? Thanks!!!
Are you looking to perfect your beach body for the upcoming summer? If so, we have the right prescription just for you. It's a full-body workout routine that utilizes a combination of high-intensity resistance training and cardio.
Weighted resistance training is the best way to burn excess fat and calories compared to cardio alone. But if you want to maximize your gym time, we suggest you combine them to create a high-octane workout that transitions between weights and some form of cardio. The routine is simple and adjustable depending on what's available at your local gym.
During your rest periods, rather than slumping over the machine or sitting down on the bench, you'll be moving to a jump rope, stationary bike, or any piece of cardio equipment available to you.
Keep the weight on the lighter side and execute more reps so you don't over-train or fatigue your body. You should incorporate a variety of techniques into your workout routine and superset smaller exercises that can be done with H.I.I.T. principles—but don't train your entire body in one workout with this method. Stick to one or two muscle groups and train them in accordance with the training schedule below.
Note: Make sure that between each set you "superset" the recommended cardio for 30 seconds.

Frame is everything. A skinny person with good frame can look better than a guy with shit frame who's been busting his ass for 30 years lifting.
If you have a wide rib cage, your shoulders sit farther out and give you much better width. On top of this, if you're pelvis is narrow, this makes you look even wider.
The most appealing part of the physique is that ratio. You will never have that good of a ratio if you don't have the frame...unless you take steroids, even then it won't look as nice.
I'm venting right now because I'm realizing that all the work I put in the gym is fruitless. I still look like shit. I see teenagers who just started lifting a week ago and they look good because of their frame.
The Gulf area has become in a key point for Bodybuilding, with more and more athletes reaching the medals in the international competitions and, one of the reasons, is the investment in education and skills that athletes and coaches are performing, in coordination with the National Federations and IFBB Academy.
As another example, recent weekend June 29th and 30th, IFBB Academy hosted a new edition of the “Bodybuilding Course Level 2”, in Dubai, with over 30 students attending this edition of the course that was taught by the well-known International presenter, Mr. Jaffa Ashkanani. The course offered interesting strategies on training and nutrition for those coaches and athletes with experience in the basic skills of our sports.
The president of IFBB Academy Dubai, Mr. Abdulkarim Mohammed Saeed opened the course and welcomed all the students, joined by the Vice-president Mr. Zayed Al Jallaf, and officials Walid Abdulkarim Mohammed and Jassim Ashkanani.

So I'm very, very obsessed with lifting nowadays. So obsessed, in fact, that it's taking a toll on my relationships and all that gains stealing bullshit.
All I do is lift, think about lifting, then watch videos on lifting. I also take no rest day and I always manage my injuries if I have any, but I don't get injuries thanks to good form.
Either way... Help me find a career for my passion. I'm going to med school and want to study the fuck out of sports medicine. I already know almost all the muscles and bones, whatever.
Got any other ideas? God, I wish I could just start a gym and then I'd have a reason to spend 10 hours a day there and sleep on shitty mattress in the gym and kiss the weights good night when it gets dark 🌃
FUCK I want to lift some more. If the gym was a woman I'd fuck her for at least 6 hours a day. God damn it. Help me. This obsession could get very unhealthy very soon.

The longest day of the year has come and gone. Summer has started, sure, but you're in the second half of the year and it's all kind of downhill to Christmas now. That doesn't stop the endless stream of feel good, beach body fitness dreams from swamping your social media feeds, and advertising banners.
I'm doing my first competition in 15 weeks and am currently preparing everything for it. I'm considering getting a coach for the last month or two. My bodyfat is currently at about 17-18%, I'm 6'4 & 242lbs What should be my goal bodyfat percentage? Thanks in advance!

That doesn't stop the endless stream of feel good, beach body fitness dreams from swamping your social media feeds, and advertising banners. This is the time when people are faced with images of frolicking 5% body-fatters having the best time of their lives, shaming all those people with normal body fat percentages for not being ripped enough to own a viral Instagram post.
I don’t wanna do it to the level of Mr. O but when I get out of my current career field, I would like to pursue bodybuilding. Would me having half sleeves from my wrist to elbow hurt that in any way?

Hi, first, i am not a bodybuilder. my best friend is wanting to start bodybuilding career. he’s been weight training daily for about two years. i am not sure if he has a hit a plateau or is watching some bad youtubers but he thinks that the only way for him to get as big as he wants is if he takes a small dose of testosterone while bulking.
so basically my question is anyone completely natural and successfully getting to the goals they set for themselves?? i don’t want him to get carried away in the future because lifting has taken over his life and i don’t want this to become a problem for him.
tl;dr can you be 100% natural and still be a bodybuilder?
