Hey Guys, I won't be able to do any exercise that requires hands for about 5 weeks, and I'm looking to at least stay active. Legs are easy with all the machines, but I am struggling to find good ideas for upper body, especially back.
Here's what I have so far:
- Pec Deck
- Lat raise machine
- Back extensions
- Might be able to rest a preacher curl machine bar on my forearms, but I haven't tested it yet
Any ideas? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
