Hi, first, i am not a bodybuilder. my best friend is wanting to start bodybuilding career. he’s been weight training daily for about two years. i am not sure if he has a hit a plateau or is watching some bad youtubers but he thinks that the only way for him to get as big as he wants is if he takes a small dose of testosterone while bulking.
so basically my question is anyone completely natural and successfully getting to the goals they set for themselves?? i don’t want him to get carried away in the future because lifting has taken over his life and i don’t want this to become a problem for him.
tl;dr can you be 100% natural and still be a bodybuilder?
