If you had to choose only 2 exercises per body part, what would you choose?

I'm trying to make a dead simple workout plan for building muscle because that's what I find easy to stick with.

What 2 exercises are most effective for these body parts:

  • Chest
  • Arms
  • Abs
  • Back
  • Legs
