What's the typical diet for a bodybuilder?
Do you use ketogenic diets at all or is it too low carb for the hypertrophy you need?
What's a typical day of eating for you? Do the majority of you still use scales to measure your food? If so what are your macros?
Do any of you use probiotics and prebiotics simply for health benefits? How about milk too?
New to this stuff and very keen to get bulking
