Do any of you do unconventional routines for BB? (ie, 3x/week, full body, not PPL) What has your experience been?

I'm just wondering if any of you do atypical routines for a BB. A poll on here recently showed that the vast majority do PPL. Just wondering if any of you do an unexpected routine - I assume most people are beyond SL/SS/ICF, but maybe something like 5/3/1 or Greyskull or some other surprising program? What do you have to say about it for BB?
