As the title says I'm very new to body building and would love some guidance on how to start sources websites and what not.
Help on •What days to lift for this muscle •Days to rest •What and what not to eat
- I have an open schedule Monday thru Sunday from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm *I start my week off with
- First day: traps,biceps,wings and back -Second day: triceps and chest
- Third day: stomach and everything from my waist down. -Fourth day: Rest and recover -Repeat
Any help or tips would be highly appreciated
