Do you group body parts together when hypertrophy training

For isolation movements

For example:

Shoulders 3x12 Shoulders 3x12 Triceps 3x12 Triceps 3x12 

Would it be better to stagger it like this?

Shoulders 3x12 Triceps 3x12 Shoulders 3x12 Triceps 3x12 

... In order to let muscles rest a bit so that you can pump out more reps
