What is the best allergen-free bodybuilding diet? (soy-free, gluten-free, etc.)

I have autoimmune issues and I'm thinking it's because of food allergies.

My stomach hurts really bad in the morning, my skin is going wild, and my doctors can't find anything.

Raw vegan or long cleanses seem like great solutions for food allergies but I'm afraid I will lose my gains...so sometimes I just keep eating shit food and going to the gym pretending like it's doing me good.

Help me. Please
